This year, the Northwest ISD Education Foundation is joining the NISD Partners in Education program to support literacy across the district. Our goal is to help inspire young NISD students across all 19 elementary schools to become lifelong readers.
In addition to supporting the Northwest Reads event, which takes place virtually on April 23, we hope the community will team up with NEF and PIE to bring new books into every campus library - and into the hands of our youngest readers - through this literacy campaign!
All funds raised through this donation page will be divided equally among NISD's 19 elementary schools so they can purchase a variety of new books. Our goal is to raise $15,000 to fund more than 150 books at each campus.
